Our trial versions offer full functionality, allowing customers to thoroughly evaluate the product before buying.
Part 1. Conditions for Refund Approval
AnyMP4 offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Once this period has expired, orders cannot be canceled. It is important to note that this guarantee is not an unconditional refund policy. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Purchase-related Issues
• If a customer mistakenly purchases the wrong product and subsequently buys the correct one from AnyMP4, a refund for the incorrect purchase can be issued upon request.
• If a customer inadvertently purchases the same product twice and does not wish to exchange one of the products, a refund for the duplicate purchase will be provided.
2. Registration Information Issues
• In cases where incorrect registration information is sent to the customer, preventing normal use of the software, and the customer no longer requires the software, a refund will be processed upon confirmation.
• If a customer does not receive the registration code within 24 hours of purchase and does not receive a timely response from AnyMP4 Support within 48 hours of contacting customer service, a refund will be granted upon request.
3. Product-related Issues
If our support specialists confirm a significant technical issue in our product and no solution is provided within 30 days, a refund will be issued if the customer does not wish to wait for further updates or solutions.
Refund Note
As our products are digital, once a registration code is issued, it cannot be returned. We cannot verify whether the code has been used. Therefore, if a refund is requested, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price as a processing fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Part 2. Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
1. Purchase-related Issues
• Requests for refunds due to unauthorized payments or credit card disputes must be addressed with the card issuer. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. However, we may offer an exchange for a different product.
• If a customer purchases the wrong product from our website and then buys the correct product from another company, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds will not be provided if a customer purchases a product without fully understanding its features. However, we may offer an exchange if the price difference between the products is less than $20 and the request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
• Refund requests due to price changes or promotional campaigns will not be accepted.
• Refunds will not be granted for customers who change their minds after purchasing.
2. Registration Information Issues
• Refunds will not be provided if the registration failure is due to customer error, and the registration information is valid.
• A refund request will be denied if a customer encounters technical issues and refuses to cooperate with the AnyMP4 Support Team in troubleshooting.
3. Product-related Issues
• Refunds will not be issued if the customer attempts to use our products to convert files purchased from iTunes or other sources, as this limitation is clearly stated on our website.
• If a customer purchases a product based on incorrect assumptions without reading the product description or trying the trial version, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds will not be issued if a customer purchases the wrong version of the software that is incompatible with their system, despite clear instructions. However, we may offer an exchange for a compatible product.
• If a customer purchases a product from an affiliate site and the product does not meet their needs due to a misleading description on the affiliate site, no refund will be provided. Customers should contact the affiliate for resolution.
• Refunds will not be issued for technical problems encountered after a software update if the order is beyond the validity period.
4. Refund Requests After the Guarantee Period
No refunds will be granted for purchases made outside of the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period.
5. Refund Requests Due to Incomplete Data Recovery
Please note that no software can guarantee 100% data recovery. We strongly encourage customers to try our data recovery tools before purchasing. Refund requests based on incomplete data recovery will not be accepted.
6. Refund Requests Related to Rooting Issues
For Android Data Recovery, customers must root their devices to recover deleted or lost data. We do not provide rooting services, and refunds will not be issued for rooting failures.
